Giveaway Terms, Conditions, and Entry Deadlines:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

    • Participants must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding contests and raffles.

  2. Entry Period:

    • The giveaway entry period begins on June 28th, 2024 and ends on July 5th, 2024 at 10 pm PST.

    • Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

  3. Entry Methods:

    • Participants can enter the giveaway by donating via Venmo to @KittCrusaders or via Zelle to mary@kittcrusaders.com.

    • Each raffle ticket purchased counts as one entry.

    • Participants may purchase multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning.

  4. Donation and Proceeds:

    • The cost per raffle ticket is:

      1 raffle ticket = $20

      2 raffle tickets = $35

      3 raffle tickets = $55

      4 raffle tickets = $65

    • All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Kitt Crusaders to support their cause.

  5. Prize:

    • The prize consists of a two-night stay at Cabin Cabin Cabin, located in Joshua Tree, CA.

    • The prize includes accommodations for up to four guests.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  6. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.

    • The drawing will take place on July 6th, 2024.

    • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 days of the drawing date.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 4 days, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Travel and Redemption:

    • The winner is responsible for their own transportation to and from Cabin Cabin Cabin.

    • The prize stay is subject to availability and blackout dates (such as major holidays and special events).

    • The winner must redeem the prize within 365 days, subject to availability.

  8. Liability and Legalities:

    • By entering the raffle, participants agree to release the organizers from any liability regarding any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.

    • The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Winners agree to follow all house rules set by the host.

  9. Publicity:

    • By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow the organizers to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

  10. Personal Information:

    • Personal information collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and notifying the winner.

  11. Disputes:

    • Any disputes arising from the raffle will be subject to the laws of CA.
